FAMILY LAW

Considering what is at stake in a divorce or family law proceeding, retaining aggressive and competent legal representation can be crucial.  Few things in life can be more stressful and confusing than dealing with a divorce, and family law disputes in general are often the most difficult to resolve.  I recognize that throughout a divorce or family law proceeding there are often enormous legal, financial and emotional risks at stake.  I will fight to protect your interests both in and out of the courtroom. .

I represent clients in a wide variety of domestic disputes, from simple, uncontested petitions for dissolution to complicated divorces involving property and custody disputes.  In addition to divorce, I handle child support, visitation, maintenance, parentage, prenuptial agreements, mediation, orders of protection, domestic violence cases, modification of court orders and post-decree proceedings.
